ASSONET PRIVATE RESIDENCE
Reports associated with the property included shadowy figures seen at the edge of the surrounding woods and unexplained activity in a basement workshop once maintained by the former owner, Joe.
THE CASE
We had been recommended to a couple who had an interesting number of claims related to their property. The most compelling were shadowy figures that lurked at the edge of the woods that surround their home. The other was strange activity in the basement they attributed to the former owner, a man named Joe who maintained a full workshop there.
We were not able to document any shadow activity outside, but were intrigued nonetheless as there were no homes around them for a substantial distance. What we did manage to record was a male voice in the basement who appears to confirm that in fact, a lot of time was spent there. Was it Joe? We can’t say for certain, but according to the owners, he’s always welcome there.
