In terms of how we go about this, audio, environmental, and video documentation are the crux of our work. We make every effort to avoid premature conclusions regarding the nature of the activity until we can perform an objective assessment of the reports and the property itself.
Of the utmost importance is making people feel comfortable with us. Removing fear and doubt is the first step in addressing the causes and effects of the kinds of unusual situations people may find themselves in. Rational explanations are the best possible outcome if they can be provided.
In the end, we try to counsel on what next steps can be taken to move forward in these situations. Decades of experience have taught us that the most important factors in the exploration of the unexplained are the people living it.
